Refund policy

1. Return Conditions
We guarantee the quality of our coffee. If you receive a defective product (e.g., damaged packaging, incorrect coffee type, or expired product), you may request a refund or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

2. Refund Process

  • Refunds are only processed with valid proof (photo/video of the defect).
  • Money will be refunded to the original payment method within 3–14 business days.
  • If an order is canceled before shipping, a full refund will be issued.

3. Product Exchange

  • If you’re unsatisfied with the coffee type, we can exchange it for another (provided the package is unopened).
  • Shipping fees for exchanges are covered by the customer.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened coffee packages (unless there’s a manufacturing defect).
  • Custom-ground coffee (processed upon request).
  • Gift sets that have been used.

Provide your order number, reason for return, and attach photo/video evidence.

6. Return Shipping
If the return is approved, we will provide a return address. The customer covers return shipping costs unless the issue is due to a manufacturing defect.
