Specialty coffee roasted in Ubud, Bali

EVERHĀOS is a specialty coffee micro-roastery based in Ubud, Bali, Indonesia. We source distinctive coffees from Indonesia and selected producers around the world, then roast them in small batches to highlight clarity, sweetness, origin character, and the work behind each lot.

Our range includes single-origin coffee for filter and espresso, rare 100 g micro lots, drip coffee bags, and Nespresso®-compatible specialty coffee capsules.

We work with coffees from Bali, Java, Sumatra, Flores and other Indonesian origins, alongside selected lots from countries such as Ethiopia, Colombia, Burundi, Brazil and Peru. Each coffee is chosen for a clear sensory identity and traceable story.

Our roasting approach

Our approach is simple: reveal the character already present in the coffee rather than cover it. We develop roast profiles for filter and espresso with an emphasis on balance, clean flavor separation, sweetness and an expressive cup.

EVERHĀOS Coffee Roasters is based at Jl. Raya Sanggingan, Kedewatan, Ubud, Gianyar, Bali, Indonesia. We are a working roastery rather than a public café.
