Brew for Flores charity pop-up
Share
On a quiet Sunday in Ubud, something special came together. Together with one of our favourite clients Neuf, we brought our community together for a charity brew in support of Flores following the recent earthquake.
Neuf opened their space as our host venue, Everhāos served coffee, local music group AbinkFerry came together for an afternoon of spontaneous jamming; all captured by the creative minds behind Ubud Film Photography Club. Before long, musicians were inviting their friends, the music kept growing, and the space filled with people simply wanting to spend a Sunday together.

But beyond the coffee, music and food, there was a bigger reason for bringing everyone together: Flores means a lot to us.
We love the coffees that come from Flores, and over the years we’ve built friendships with many of the producers and processors we work with. People whose families and communities are directly connected to the island. So when the earthquake happened, we wanted to find a way to support them.

For this charity brew, 100% of the profit from everything we sold is being directed towards relief supplies for people affected by the earthquake in Flores. And we were incredibly moved by the response.
What started as a simple Sunday gathering became a genuine community effort. People came to drink coffee, listen to music, share food, and support Flores. Some even made personal donations on top of their purchases.

Thank you to everyone who came, played music, shared food, bought coffee, donated, or simply helped spread the word.
The situation in Flores is still ongoing, and there are still people who need support.
If you couldn’t join us on the day but would still like to help, you can make a donation to:
PT Floresa Media Utama, BRI

The funds will go towards relief efforts through the people and organisations we are working with on the ground.
We are also continuing to sell our Flores Anaerobic Natural on our Tokopedia and web shop, with 100% of the profit going to our friends at Tuang Coffee in Flores to support their community.
