Micro lots & The exotic
Share
Coffee is a vast world of varieties, origins, processes, and flavours. Sometimes, the most exciting coffees come in very small quantities.
At EVERHĀOS, these coffees go to our Micro Lots & Exotics collection. Where we highlight coffees that caught our attention because of an unusual story, new or experimental fermentation, an exceptional producer, or simply a cup profile we discovered odd on the cupping table that we must share it with you.

Once a coffee sample is selected, each lot is roasted specifically for filter brewing, allowing its character and nuances to come through. And importantly, exotic doesn’t always mean imported.
Our selection can take us from a Geisha from Buеsaco, Nariño, Colombia; a rare 2025 auction lot recognised among the top 30, to a Java JB Farm micro lot from Central Java, where an extended fermentation using mosto and three yeast cultures creates notes of blackcurrant, pomegranate and mint candy.

Two very different coffees, but the same reason for choosing them: they offer something worth discovering.
