Where coffee & design meet - EVERHĀOS x ChopValue at JIA Curated 2026
Share
For one week in Sanur, we stepped a little outside of our usual world of coffee, and into the world of art & sustainability at JIA Curated 2026
Our friends at ChopValue Bali brought together a celebration of design, architecture, interiors, art, and the possibilities of turning waste into something beautiful. Their work transforms discarded chopsticks into furniture and objects. Giving a material that would otherwise be thrown away a second life.

And in true Bali fashion, it was hot. So while ChopValue was busy showcasing what can be created from waste, we were there with something a little more immediate: cold drinks.
We served three different coffee cold brew based creations throughout the week, each designed to be refreshing and enjoyed for a sunny day by the beach.
First, our best seller, Bali coconut cold brew. Made with our classic Bali natural coffee steeped in fresh coconut water for 12 hours. It’s light, tropical, and refreshing. If there was a drink that personified Bali, this is it!
Next is our Java Extended Natural Carbonated Cold Brew. Bright, sparkling, with a hint of funkiness, it was our take on what cold coffee can be when you treat it a little more like a soft drink.

The line isn’t complete without a creamy addition; last we have our Ribang Gayo Natural with Oat Milk. Smooth, creamy, with a hint of acidity, with the cold brew bringing the coffee character while oat milk softened everything out.
What made this collaboration particularly exciting for us was that coffee wasn’t the main character.
We’re used to being surrounded by coffee: talking about origins, processing, roasting, extraction, and everything in between. This time, we were invited into a space where the conversation was about something completely different: design, architecture, art, and sustainability. It was a chance to see our coffee in a different context too. Not as something that needed to be analysed or discussed, but simply as something people could pick up, drink, and enjoy while discovering new ideas.
And we’re even more excited about where this can go next.
More coffee. More collaborations. More unexpected places to enjoy it.
