Heza Hills comes from the highlands of Kayanza, Burundi, where Bourbon varieties are cultivated at elevations of 1,900–2,200 meters above sea level. Produced in collaboration with Long Miles Coffee, this lot reflects a strong focus on farmer support, careful cherry selection, and full traceability.
Through precise washed processing, the coffee develops a balanced and structured profile with a smooth body and layered sweetness. In espresso, it expresses a harmonious combination of chocolate depth, ripe fruit, and gentle citrus brightness.
