A rare Liberica micro lot from the highlands of Kendal–Temanggung, Central Java. Grown at 750–850 meters above sea level, this coffee showcases the distinctive character of Liberica through an innovative experimental process designed to enhance complexity and sweetness.

Using a Natural Hydro Triple Yeast method, the coffee undergoes a double fermentation with carefully selected brewing yeasts. At each stage, different combinations of three yeasts are introduced, creating layered development through alternating wet-to-dry and dry-to-wet fermentation phases. This approach brings remarkable clarity, vibrant fruit character, and a refined cup structure.
