Java Frinsa Collective is a distinguished family estate nestled in the highlands of West Java. Managed by Wildan Mustofa, his wife Atieq, and their son Fikri, the estate is a hallmark of quality and innovation in Indonesian specialty coffee. Every cherry is meticulously collected from their family farm and neighboring smallholders, ensuring full traceability and consistency.
The Process
This lot undergoes a precise Anaerobic Natural process. After intensive rinsing and sorting, the cherries are fermented for 10–18 hours in oxygen-free environments to develop a vibrant, fruit-forward acidity and deep sweetness. The coffee is then slowly dried on open patios under the tropical sun, resulting in a clean, syrupy cup that preserves the unique character of the West Java terroir.
