A rare micro lot from Milan Farm, Colombia, developed through more than three years of experimentation with culturing fermentation. The farm works with mixed fermentations that combine coffee with tropical fruits and aromatic plants, using carefully controlled aerobic and anaerobic stages to develop distinctive sensory profiles.

This lot is the result of that ongoing exploration, followed by a slow solar drying process. The fermentation brings an unusually expressive fruit character to the cup while preserving the clarity and structure of a washed coffee.

Juicy, vibrant, and unapologetically fruit-forward, with the character of ripe raspberry jam and a lively tart finish.
