Produced at around 2,200 meters above sea level, Burundi Heza Gishubi is grown near dense forests where coffee trees benefit from natural shade and cool mountain conditions. In partnership with Long Miles Coffee, local farmers use organic fertilization, mulching, and careful pruning to produce coffees with clarity, sweetness, and balance.
