Chelchele Natural is produced by smallholder farmers in Chelchele Kebele, Gedeb Woreda, Yirgacheffe, Gedeo Zone, Southern Ethiopia. Carefully selected ripe cherries are naturally processed and slowly dried on raised drying beds to preserve sweetness, complexity and the distinctive character of the origin.
