Java Frinsa Collective is a family-run estate nestled in the mountains of West Java, led by Wildan Mustofa together with his wife Atieq and son Fikri. In addition to coffee grown on their own farm, the family works closely with neighboring producers, carefully selecting and processing cherries to ensure exceptional quality and consistency.

This lot undergoes anaerobic natural processing, beginning with careful sorting and rinsing before a controlled fermentation of 10–18 hours. The coffee is then slowly dried under the tropical sun, allowing sweetness and complexity to develop while preserving clarity in the cup.
