Alongside coffee grown on their own farm, the family works closely with neighboring producers, carefully selecting and processing cherries to ensure exceptional quality and consistency.

This Extended Natural lot undergoes meticulous sorting, rinsing, and a prolonged fermentation before being slowly dried under the tropical sun. The extended processing enhances sweetness and fruit complexity while preserving the clarity and balance that have become signatures of Frinsa coffees.
