Carefully processed through 42 hours of carbonic maceration, followed by white wine yeast fermentation and a final 24-hour lactobacillus stage, the result is a vibrant and layered cup with remarkable sweetness and complexity.
Grown at 1,370 meters above sea level, this lot highlights the innovative potential of West Java’s coffee landscape. A refined filter coffee with both structure and playful fruit character.
