Ribang Gayo Musara is produced by a cooperative of smallholder farmers in the Gayo Highlands of Aceh, Indonesia. Grown at elevations of 1,400–1,700 meters above sea level, the coffee benefits from fertile volcanic soil and a cool mountain climate that supports slow cherry development and balanced complexity.
This lot features a mix of Arabica varietals, including Ateng, Bourbon, and P88. Through careful cultivation and natural processing, the coffee develops a rich, rounded profile with layered sweetness and depth.
In espresso, it expresses a smooth and structured cup with ripe fruit character and a chocolate-driven finish.
