If there is one country we will never run out of things to say about, it’s Indonesia.
Rich in biodiversity, culture, and agricultural abundance, our home country offers an incredible diversity of coffees shaped by their landscapes, local traditions, varieties, and the people who grow them. From earthy, blueberry profiles often associated with Sumatra to the citrus, brown sugar expressions emerging from Bali and the distinctive spice character of Java, no two origins tell quite the same story.

Over the past decade, we have watched Indonesian coffee continue to find its footing on the global stage. Behind that progress are producers, farmers, processors, and roasters who have dedicated themselves to pushing boundaries and raising the bar. Through their work, alongside achievements in national and international coffee competitions, Indonesian coffee has earned growing recognition for both its quality and its potential. It is a journey we are proud to witness, and one we are grateful to be a part of.
At Everhāos, exploring this diversity is an ongoing pursuit. From the coffees of Sumatra Gayo CSC, Arca Ulian in Bali, and the Frinsa Collective in Java, to the many other origins and producers we continue to work with, every coffee offers another reason to look closer.

There is still so much more to explore, and that is precisely what makes Indonesian coffee exciting. If you haven’t tried coffee from Indonesia, start with these all time favorites from us:
